Fair Labour Practices

Goodwork is the largest private crewing company in West Africa and currently has a total of 596 Nigerians in their pool of seafarers, 176 Nigerian officers of different cadres, 383 ratings, and 37 deck and engine cadets.



Tetra established strong relationships in the Nigerian maritime sector and continue to innovate ways to enhance the experience for Nigerian stakeholders.
